SystemPulse Support
Get help connecting the mobile app to your SystemPulse server, signing in, and monitoring your devices.
SystemPulse for iPhone and iPad is a companion for a SystemPulse server. Your server must be reachable over HTTPS before the app can sign in.
Connect to a server
- Open SystemPulse and enter the HTTPS address supplied by your server administrator, such as
https://systempulse.link. - Sign in with the email address and password or passkey registered on that server.
- If your account uses an authenticator, enter the current code when asked.
If a custom server cannot be reached, confirm that its TLS certificate is valid, the address begins with https://, and the server is available outside its private network.
Devices and statistics
Only devices enrolled separately with a SystemPulse endpoint agent appear in the app. The iPhone or iPad itself is never enrolled as a monitored device. A device shown as offline may be asleep, disconnected, or unable to reach the server.
Temperature and GPU fields appear only when the endpoint operating system and hardware provide them. Unsupported readings are omitted.
Remote actions
Power and remote-access controls depend on the account role, the target device's local settings, and its current state. SystemPulse asks for confirmation before sending a power action. RDP and SSH links require a compatible client installed on the mobile device.
Contact support
For account access, billing, or server data requests, contact the administrator of the SystemPulse server you use. For help with the SystemPulse app or the hosted service at systempulse.link, email:
mail@edmundmurphy.comInclude the app version, iOS or iPadOS version, server address, and a short description of the problem. Do not send passwords, authenticator codes, recovery codes, private keys, or session tokens.
